Distribution channels

If you use distribution channels, the following problem may be familiar to you:

  • The solvency (equity base compared with the balance sheet total) of dealers, mostly wholesalers, is often far from optimal. This restricts the security of the supplier, who is consequently unable to supply on credit

This is our solution:

  • Through a dealer financing we can considerably limit the risk for the supplier whilst you will have cover via a credit risk insurance when you supply on credit to, at first glance, less financially solid customers
  • Under a dealer financiering your customers will pay you directly via ING Commercial Finance. The customerís financial problems will not result in your not receiving your money as supplier
  • Through this construction the number of customers and consequently the sales can be increased without running unacceptable risks
