The way you conduct your banking business with us will not change. For instance, your current account number remains the same. This applies equally to your contact person at the bank: you will retain your own relationship manager. The changes that are occurring are mainly to do with the name: ING Bank and Postbank will become ING. In addition, the name Giro will no longer be used.
