Let us please to inform you that our payment services in Slovakia will be updated as a result of the implementation of the Payment Services Directive (“PSD”). In respect to the expected effectiveness of the new Law for payment services, ING Bank issued following new General terms and conditions as well as special conditions on electronic banking.

• General Terms and Conditions, valid as of 1 December 2009
• Amendment no.1 to General Terms and Conditions, valid as of 1 May 2010
• General Terms and Conditions, valid as of 1 November 2010 
• Special Conditions for ING Online, valid as of 1 December 2009
• Special Conditions for Multicash, valid as of 1 December 2009
• Currencies of cash and noncash operations
