What ICT role do we play
Our business is supported by people. We are convinced that multi disciplinary teams of approximately 20 people with their own responsibilities and resources will have the highest performance and fulfil the business needs most efficiently. Working this way we deal with knowledgeable, enthusiastic and nice colleagues who book results with justifiable pride and recognition by the business.
We have outsourced almost all technical infrastructure, development and maintenance to external parties. This way we can focus on our role as ICT director (comparable to the role of the “director” in the film industry). We deal mainly with business alignment and enhancement, architecture development, procurement, execution of projects, management of service delivery (including functional requirements and testing), IRM and development for reporting (BI).
What kind of environment do we offer

We are executing that developing in the so called (in Dutch) “Gilde systeem” where the more experienced colleagues are responsible for developing the younger ones.
